Description

In 1942 the Humber loop was on the Humber River (Ontario)'s eastern bank (it is now on the western bank). In 1942 Mimico, Ontario was an incorporated village -- not part of Toronto. The building on the right is the National Sporting Club which was a prominent Humber Bay gambling establishment.
