This building is now located a block south at the Northeast corner NW Ballard Way and 17th Ave NW, likely moved after the realignment of Leary Way in the 1910s cut through its previous lot, and still stands in fairly good condition; the storefronts have been filled in with more apartments and several of the upstairs windows have been widened.
