Description
English: "Note the enlarged Aqueduct of Sylvius." Obstruction was caused by the closure of the Foramen of Magendie. Lateral 3rd and 4th ventricals enlarged, a pencil could be fit in the Aqueduct of Sylvius, and the 5th ventricle capacity was 10 c.c.
