日本語: ja:姫路城およびja:姫路市街を市街北方のja:広峰山より望む。2004年9月12日投稿者撮影。
画面解説

画面中央に姫路城天守閣。その手前の森は姫山原生林。姫路城の他の構造物は天守閣と原生林の向こう側。見分けにくいが、その手前側は城内図書館・県立歴史博物館西方の公園の林。

画面で姫路城の天守閣よりやや低い高さの範囲が、ja:山陽本線・ja:姫路駅から北側の範囲。姫路駅は、天守閣の陰から左側の範囲まで。

天守閣より上側の範囲が姫路駅南側のオフィス街。天守閣右上の、アンテナの付いたクリーム色の建物が姫路市役所。さらに奥（画面上側）がja:姫路バイパスより南側の地域にあたる。

最も奥の工業地帯はja:山陽特殊製鋼など。その先にはja:播磨灘。

画面外では、左側（東側）にja:播但線、市川。下側（北側）にja:姫路競馬場、ja:陸上自衛隊姫路駐屯地。

撮影地点は広峯神社への登山道途中、ハイランドビラ姫路よりやや下ったあたり。
