Original caption:

"A Coast Guard 33-foot fast response boat makes way to the HMCS Toronto, a Halifax-Class Canadian Navy frigate during the Parade of Ships in New York Harbor today.

The Coast Guard traditionally provides security to incoming vessels each year during New York's weeklong celebration of sailors, marines and Coastguardsmen."

I acquired this image from flickr. While it is licensed as "all rights reserved" there, as the work of an employee of a US Federal agency, in performance of their work, it should be public domain. I have marked it as PD.
