English: U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Douglas Carr and Spc. Matthew Perkins, 8817th Engineer Company, carry a section of a HESCO collapsible barrier in Fargo, North Dakota. Sections of the collapsible barrier were linked together and then filled with sand to create a flood barrier to block the Red River's rising waters.
