Deutsch: Rechts ist ein trockener ‘Côte du Rhône’, der gut hierzu paßt. Links ist ein ordentlicher trockener Fränkischer Sylvaner (Franconian white wine), der ebenfalls seinen Platz hier gefunden hat. - Ganz links steht eine Flasche feines Mani-Olivenöl, das ich persönlich mir gerne über die Grüne Soß samt den Kartoffeln mache. - Wer mehr wissen will, unser Rezept findet sich hier: http://aulbach-rezepte.de/html/grune_sosse.html

English: 'Green Sauce' is a German speciality of the Hessian area mainly in Frankfurt/Main and the region between Frankfurt and Kassel.
