Summary[edit]

Description Most heavy loads in Himalaya are carried on yaks and their close relatives dzo (hybrid of yak and domestic cattle). When you meet these animals on the trail it's better to step aside (on a higher part of the trail) and wait until they will pass as they can easily penetrate people with their horns.
