English: Sculpture of Oviri in wood by an unknown artist after the ceramic original. The following text, evidently a museum caption, is given by the photographer:

English: Translates: Sculpture in original size. A downscaled version of same is found on Gauguin's grave in Atuona [note: On the Isle of Hiva Oa, Polynesia].
