Français : Réunion des groupes locaux de Wikimédia France en mai 2019 : épuisement bénévole.

Problèmes et enjeux :

  • charge d'organisation reposant sur une seule personne
    • com interne
    • com externe
    • reporting
  • Comment mobiliser les autres membres du groupe ?
  • Comment répartir la charge ?
  • Comment connaître les ressources ? (par exemple les autres associations qui pourraient aider, les formations à la communication non-violente ou autre)
  • Répartition avec les salariés de Wikimédia France
    • Com externe
    • Com avec les partenaires
  • Problème : on ne sait pas à quelles ressources (outils ou ressources humaines) on peut recourir
  • Souvent, les plus engagés sont au chômage, en thèse, retraités,... des situations susceptibles d'évoluer
  • Sinon, des personnes freelance qui mangent sur leur temps de travail ce qui renforce leur précarité
  • Comment créer des outils pour que ça ne soit pas du "travail" mais de la facilitation
