Description
Deutsch: Frankfurt-Bockenheim Galvanistraße 23 (ehemals Philipp-Reis-Straße), hier Seiteneingang Ohmstraße 48; z.Z. Umweltamt Stadt Frankfurt am Main, sanierter Altbau, sogenanntes Solmshaus nach ihrem jetzigen Eigner, der GS Real Estate des Grafenhauses zu Solms-Laubach. Bei Kriegsende durch Bombentreffer ausgebrannt, dann instandgesetzt, war die Immobilie dann von 1947-1957 Geschäftssitz und Produktionsort der Schuhfabrik Angulus-Patos Otto Müller KG, Ohmstraße 48, bis diese als heute noch bestehende Diamant Schuhfabrik Otto Müller KG ins nahe Bad Soden im Taunus umzog. Auch das Versandhaus GESWA für Geschenkartikel wie Glas, Schmuck, Uhren, Haushaltsartikel, Schuhe, Musikwaren, Spielwaren u.a., hatte in der Ohmstraße 48 noch in den 50ger Jahren ihren Geschäftssitz. Ursprünglicher Bauherr war die Frankfurter Musikwerke-Fabrik J. D. Philipps & Söhne AG, Frankfurt am Main mit ihrem Architekten G.A. Stössel.
