Fragment of a late Medieval to Post Medieval purse frame.
Description
English: A copper-alloy fragment of a late Medieval to Post Medieval purse frame, dating AD 1450-1550. It consists of a slightly curved bar, which is V-shaped in cross-section and has the remains of a circular perforation at one end. On the front of the bar is an incised inscription, reading: [...]MO QI[..]. The surfaces are in fair condition.
