Description Built in 1887 by Southern Pacific in Fowler, CA. Moved about 1/2 mile away from the tracks and now empty and abandoned, although still in pretty good shape considering its age. When I first photographed this station 9 years ago it was an antique store, then later converted to a church. I don't know what's next in the life of this place. Maybe a candy store specializing in peppermint?
