English: Fontaine Hyppolite Olivier - place Olivier in Toulouse. The Chocolate maker Olivier Hyppolite, offer in 1886 this fountain in memory of victims of the flood of June 25, 1875 which made 210 deaths. The architect Guillaume Dargassies drew the plans of the fountain.
Français : Fontaine Hyppolite Olivier - place Olivier à Toulouse. Le chocolatier Hyppolite Olivier offrit en 1886 cette fontaine en mémoire des victimes de l'inondation du 25 juin 1875 qui fit 210 morts. L'architecte Guillaume Dargassies a dessiné les plans de la fontaine.
