English: General whole genome representation of Komagataeibacter oboediens IMBGs (IMBG180 – ground reference, and IMBG185 – space/Mars-like conditions), with Genomic Islands highlighted in blue (MI: Metabolic, PI: Pathogenic Islands, RI: Resistance Islands, and SI: Symbiotic Islands) and active prophages highlighted in green (IMBG180) and red (IMBG185). RhodPhage: "Rhodovulum phage RS1" (Caudoviricetes, siphoviruses); RuegPhage: Ruegeria phage DSS3-P1 (Casjensviridae, Caudoviricetes, siphoviruses).
