(March 26, 2012) Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Brad Woodard, assigned to the U.S. Navy parachute demonstration team, the Leap Frogs, flies a POW/MIA flag during a special event at Agua Fria High School for Phoenix Navy Week, one of 15 Navy Weeks planned across America this year. Navy weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
