Description

KANDAHAR PROVINCE, Afghanistan (March 17, 2012) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 prepare to cap a water well in the Panjwai District of Zangabad, Afghanistan. NMCB-11 is homeported in Gulfport, Miss., and deployed to Afghanistan to conduct general, mobility, survivability engineering operations and defensive operations.
