December 17, 2008.

Sergeant Hadas demonstrates inspecting a suspicious vehicle for explosives.

Chief of the General Staff, Lt. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi visited the Oketz Canine Unit, as well as the Flight and Special Training Center in the Adam Facility. He also visited the Paratrooper School, the Anti-Terror Unit, and the Aerial Supply Unit. During his visit, Lt. Gen. Ashkenazi and then-Chief of Ground Forces, Maj. Gen. Avi Mizrachi, were given a demonstration of the different units' operational abilities and special technological developments.
