Description
English: Mosaic depicting a feminine personification, from the Boat house of Psyche in Daphne (suburb of Antioch), beginning of 3rd century AD, Louvre Museum. This floor mosaic was found at the entrance of a dining room, flanked by a bust (now lost) of the goddess Thalassa and Oceanus.
