Description Experimenting with different techniques for lighting & composition of small, still-life arrangements. This close-up shows what the primer cap looks like after the round has been fired and ejected from the chamber. The depression in the center is where the firing pin struck the primer cap, I suspect the elongated depression and secondary impression at about the 11 o'clock mark were made by the firing pin as the round was being ejected, but I really don't know for sure!
