Description
English: Farmland at Easter Langlee, Galashiels A planning application was lodged with Scottish Borders Council in 2007 by Persimmon Homes to erect 118 new houses (phase 1) on this farmland. In a phase 2 development, more houses were planned to the east of this area, but since the arrival of the credit crunch nothing has happened on site and advertising signs that were erected by the company were taken down a long time ago.
