Français : La sculpture de la Sabine et de son agresseur placé à droite est reprise d'un groupe célèbre du sculpteur Giambologna (Jean de Boulogne, dit ; 1529-1608), créé entre 1579 et 1583 pour la Loggia dei Lanzi à Florence. L'art des Poli appartient au courant florentin de la "pittura giocosa", peinture divertissante qui fleurit en Toscane, de Callot à Giovanni Domenico Ferretti. |
