Description
Français : Documents recueillis auprès de Françoise Borczyk, dans le cadre de la collecte du 16 novembre 2013, concernant Gabriel Ledru, son grand-père. Gabriel Ledru fut brancardier. Gabriel Ledru portait toujours son fanion sur lui avec un scapulaire. Lors de la guerre 1939-1945, il était très hostile envers les Allemands, suite à ses souvenirs de la guerre. Sur certaines cartes postales, Gabriel Ledru raconte ses mouvements. Il écrivait très souvent à son épouse et à sa mère qui vivait avec elle, ainsi qu’à sa fille, qui n’avait que quelques mois lors de la déclaration de guerre (née en mai 1914). Il était encore en service en février 1919.
