English: Torrance County, NM, 05/06/2008 -- Members of a Preliminary Damage Assessment Team, conducting an overview of the Trigo Fire damages that destroyed numerous homes in the area between April 28 and May 3rd, go over some of the gathered documents prior to surveying the area. As Jack Daniels, an Individual Assistance Officer from FEMA Region 6 (2nd from left) shares information with another member of the team, those reviewing the documents are (left to right): Danny Hogsett and Joe Vasquez, construction analysts with the U.S. Small Business Administration; Don Scott, Bureau Chief, Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, State of New Mexico; and Scott Snyder, Regional Director, American Red Cross, Eastern New Mexico Chapter.
