Description
English: Marmaduke, Ar. -- A member of the Arkansas National Guard, activated to help with the response to a series of storms and tornadoes that affected the central and northeast portion of the state between April 1st and 3rd, places donated clothing with other items given to help those with losses from the storms. Marmaduke, in Greene County, was the hardest hit with nearly 90 percent of the community affected. FEMA photo by Win Henderson
