Photograph of an exterior view of the street facade of the Girls Collegiate School (Casa de Rosa), Los Angeles, ca.1906-1910. It was located at Adams Boulevard and Hoover Street. A neatly groomed grassy lawn is in front of the light-colored two-story building at left, the entrance of which is through a large arch in the middle of three smaller arches on each side. The view up the sidewalk in front of the building at right extends for quite a long distance into the background, with trees lining the right side of it. Photoprint reads, "Froebel Institute".
