| Description |
English: Evidence of fishing The boats and the fishing paraphernalia clearly indicate something of Budleigh Salterton's past. As Salterne it was the place where the fish salters worked at the mouth of the Otter Estuary. The boats still go out and you can buy fresh fish on the beach when they come in. |
