Description
Português: Encomendada por D. João VI, e com ajuda de José Bonifácio, esse rascunho deu origem ao uso das cores verde e amarelo na bandeira, alem do famoso formato de losango. Essa é uma reprodução da imagem encontrada no livro de Milton Luz - A História dos Símbolos Nacionais (p. 61). Descrição: em campo verde um losângulo amarelo, em cujo centro um círculo de 19 estrelas sob u coroa real, sendo maior a estrela logo abaixo desta, rodeia a a esfera armilar com a cruz da ordem de Cristo, sustidas por dois ramos, um de cana e outro de fumo, unidos na parte inferior por um dragão, tudo de verde.
