На зеленому щиті розташовані навхрест золотий ключ та ріг достатку з монетами.

Нижня частина щита оповита синьою стрічкою з написом золотими літерами "ДЕРЖАВНА КОНТРОЛЬНО-РЕВІЗІЙНА СЛУЖБА".

Щит накладено на ваги, що перехрещуються з мечем у піхвах, спрямованим вістрям донизу
