Опис емблеми Центральної виборчої комісії

Емблема Центральної виборчої комісії має форму овалу, обрамленого зовні двома лініями (широкою і вузькою) синього кольору і зсередини лінією жовтого кольору, із співвідношенням вісей 3: 2.

Між лініями обрамлення на білому фоні містяться надписи, виконані синім кольором:

у верхній частині – «Центральна виборча комісія»;

у нижній частині – «Україна».

Усередині овалу на зеленому фоні зображено географічний контур України, виконаний у кольорах Державного прапора України (верхня частина – синього кольору, нижня частина – жовтого кольору).

У центрі овалу поміщено схематичне зображення виборчої скриньки та руки, яка опускає бюлетень.

На схематичному зображенні виборчої скриньки міститься зображення Державного герба України, виконане в кольорі відповідно до постанови Верховної Ради України від 19 лютого 1992 року № 2137-ХІІ «Про Державний герб України».
