ไทย: เครื่องหมายราชการของกระทรวงการสาธารณสุขแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย มีลักษณะดังนี้

"เครื่องหมายราชการแห่งกระทรวงการสาธารณสุข เป็นรูปคบเพลิงมีปีกและมีงูพันคบเพลิง ภายใต้มีอักษรว่า ราชการสาธารณสุข"

ภาพนี้มีฐานะเป็นเครื่องหมายราชการ กำหนดอยู่ในประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง กำหนดภาพเครื่องหมายราชการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายราชการ พุทธศักราช 2482 (ฉบับที่ 13) ลงวันที่ 23 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2485 ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เล่ม 59 ตอนที่ 30 วันที่ 5 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2485 หน้า 1005 - 1006

หมายเหตุ: เครื่องหมายราชการของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในปัจจุบันยังคงใช้เป็นรูปคบเพลิงมีปีกและงูพันคบเพลิง แต่มีรายละเอียดของดวงตรามากกว่าแบบที่ประกาศใช้ในราชกิจจานุเบกษา สำหรับภาพนี้ได้ครอบตัดเอาเฉพาะคบเพลิงมีปีกและงูพันคบเพลิงเท่านั้น เพื่อให้ใช้ได้ทั่วไปในบทความต่างๆ
