Description
English: This is the "petition for peace" affidavit filed by "theripist" (sic) Jean Duley against Dr. Bruce Ivins, a suspect in the 2001 Anthrax attacks. As per guidelines here, Wikipedia:PD, government documents are in the public domain.
The "Smoking Gun" user agreement affirms the image's public domain status, stating that (E) .... You also permit any other user to access, view, store or reproduce the material for that individual's personal use. You hereby grant Court TV the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any such material made available on Court TV Online by you.
