This image is in the public domain in Spain because it is a simple photograph taken more than 25 years ago, ie. before January 1, 1999. This image must include a template describing why it is public domain in the United States. Usually, this means it was published before 1929. See Template:PD-Spain-photo/doc for more details. This tag is designed for use where there may be a need to assert that any enhancements (eg brightness, contrast, colour-matching, sharpening) are in themselves insufficiently creative to generate a new copyright. It can be used where it is unknown whether any enhancements have been made, as well as when the enhancements are clear but insufficient.
