Description

Le dispositif mis au point par le Centre Erasme permet à une personne âgée d'obtenir des informations sur le web ou de communiquer avec ses proches sans aucun clavier.

Des circuits RFID sont collés sous des photographies des proches ou des objets utilisés régulièrement (paquet de médicaments, carte souvenir,..).

Posés sur un napperon lui-même doté d'un lecteur RFID, ils déclenchent une recherche sur internet, programmée par avance, qui permet à la personne âgée, de voir, sur un écran (cadre numérique) les dernières photos de la famille postée par exemple sur Flickr, de consulter la météo ou d'envoyer des messages par WiFi.
