Summary[edit]

Description
English: Satirical cartoon by Punch (December 16, 1914 Supplement, p. 22, originally published 17 September 1913) showing King Constantine I of Greece ("Tino") happy after his country's victory against the German-trained Ottoman army during the First Balkan War, and a perplexed Wilhelm II of Germany. In reality, Constantine, who was a Germanophile, Wilhelm's brother-in-law, and had been educated in Germany, attributed the successes of his army to the German training of himself and a few of his staff officers; the Greek army was however instructed by a French military mission at the time.
