Italiano: frontespizio di manoscritto cartaceo e anonimo sulla città di Casale Monferrato ed altre site nel territorio; 1 volume in-4° - Brochure cop. muta con ms il nome “Guazzo Gio. Battista” (IV) + 76 pp + 2 di Indice. Nelle prime 33 pagineː una Descrizione di Casale, famiglie Nobili, Personaggi Illustri nelle Armi e nelle Lettere, Dignità ecclesiastiche; seguono una Descrizione di Casale di Alessandro Ziliolo e una Descrizione del Monferrato di Gaspare Bugati; quindi la Descrizione e altre notizie di Acqui ed infine Descrizione di Alba, Trino, Moncalvo, San Salvadore, Ponzone e Nizza di Paglia. A pag. 27 una notizia di “...Cristoforo Colombo, il quale sebbene dicesi Genovese... nacque però nel territorio Casalasco, il Cuccaro, Feudo della sua antica Famiglia”. Redatto in chiara scrittura, è ottimamente conservato.
