All military and civilian service vehicles are brought to the station after returning from potentially contaminated areas. The vehicle belongs to 4th Battalion, 133rd Field Artillery, Task Force San Antonio, which is a combined force of Air and Army National Guard units deployed to New Orleans. Department of Defense units are mobilized as part of Joint Task Force Katrina to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency's disaster-relief efforts in the Gulf Coast areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina. |
