Deutsch: Das neu geschaffene Wappen will an die tragenden und gestaltenden politischen Kräfte in der Geschichte von Nieder-Flörsheim erinnern. Es zeigt daher in der oberen Hälfte den kurpfälzischen Löwen, das Wappenbild der Territorialherrn von Nieder-Flörsheim seit dem 15. Jahrhundert, und in der unteren Hälfte die Wappenfarben des in der Geschichte der engeren Heimat im Spätmittelalter bedeutenden Geschlechts der Ritter von Flörsheim.
