Description A U.S. Navy Curtiss F9C-2 Sparrowhawk (BuNo 9056) parked at an airfield, circa 1933-1935. This plane was part of the USS Macon (ZRS-5) heavier-than-air group, whose insignia is painted below the cockpit.
