w:CryoEM image of w:GroEL suspended in w:vitreous ice. Image taken with an FEI Tecnai F20 G2 using a Gatan 4k x 4k CCD camera at a defocus of -2.5 micrometers at 50,000X magnification. Image was low-pass, high-pass and median filtered then cropped to look better. This image, id: 05may19a_00007gr_00004sq_00006hl_00002ef.mrc, is part of the public dataset archive copy at the Wayback Machine, 05may19a, available from AMI at the w:The Scripps Research Institute.
