Description An excavator and bulldozer work in the distance to install a seepage cutoff wall more than 75 feet deep down the center of a setback levee June 19, 2012, in West Sacramento, Calif. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Central Valley Flood Protection Board are working together to strengthen levees along the Sacramento River and its tributaries, as part of the Sacramento River Bank Protection Project.
