Description
English: Construction activities stage in Moscow metro station Borisovo: аssembling formwork system
Русский: На фото представлен процесс строительства платформенного участка станции метро «Борисово» в Московском метро. Станция мелкого заложения строилась открытым способом из монолитного железобетона. Бетонирование выполнялось участками по 9 метров. На фото представлен первый 9-метровый участок: станы и лоток уже забетонированы, идет процесс монтажа опалубки для бетонирования свода со световыми нишами кессонами. Горизонтально-перемещаемая опалубочная система была разработана инженерами российской компании СТАЛФОРМ специально для этого проекта. На переднем плане - каркасные элементы опалубки свода из стальных рам подготовлены к монтажу. На заднем плане – уже смонтированная часть 9-метровой опалубочной системы установлена на нужной высоте на стальных рамах; рабочие СМУ ИНГЕОКОМ завершают монтаж обрешетки из деревянных балок и монтаж палубы из ламинированной фанеры. Поверх опалубки свода монтируются модули опалубки кессонов для бетонирования овальных ниш под светильники. В дальнейшем опалубочная конструкция в собранном виде будет перекатываться на следующий участок бетонирования
