Summary[edit]

Description
Català: Al centre es veu dos mol.lècules de LIGHT: la verda correspòn a LIGHT quan no està unida a DcR3 i la violeta, cuan està unida a DcR3. A cada banda es veu un zoom de les bucles DE, GH i AA'. Com podem observar, LIGHT experimenta canvis conformacionals en aquestes bucles ( concretament en els aminoàcids senyalats).

A baix de la imatge, la secuència de aminoàcids ens informa dels aminoàcids que formen aquestes bucles.

Ha estat editat a partir de les imatges de l'article " Mechanistic basis for functional promiscuity in the TNF and TNF receptors superfamilies: structure of the LIGHT: DcR3 assembly".
