The deedwas not recorded, and in 1747 William Barney the sonof Elizabeth, petitioned the General Assembly to securethe title in him by having the deed recorded; that is,the deed from Morgan Murray to Mary Stevenson of amoiety of Morgans Delight, 150 acres.
