Per E-Mail angefragt am 2004-09-16 von Christian Hummert. Hier die Antwort vom nachfolgenden Tag mit der Erteilung der Erlaubnis zur Verwendung des Stadtwappens der Stadt Schüttorf:

Sehr geehrter Herr Hummert,
gerne komme ich Ihrem Wunsch nach, dass Stadtwappen zur Verfügung zu stellen. 
Das Wappen darf nicht zu kommerziellen Zwecken verwendet werden. Auch werden
seitens der Stadt Schüttorf keinerlei Kosten übernommen.
Ich habe das Wappen als Datei im JPG-Format beigefügt.
