Summary[edit]

Description Railroad bridge across the Clearwater River, in Lewiston, Idaho. The bridge was originally a swing bridge, but a vertical-lift span was added later when the river level was raised following the completion of the Lower Granite Dam. The swing-span section is still in place, visible at right here, but no longer functions.
