They are (from left to right): Signalman 2nd Class Harold Howey; Aviation Machinist's Mate 2nd Class Evalyne Olsen; Pharmacist's Mate 3rd Class Anna Welsh; and Pharmacist's Mate 1st Class Jackie Welsh. Photographed prior to December 1944.

Note: Location appears to be in City Park, at bridge behind the Delgado Museum (now NOMA), with the old Casino Building seen in background at left.
