Chuck Mills. SOSP Save our State Parks Public Rally at the Pismo Butterfly Grove, Pismo, CA, 06 June 2009, to protest the proposed closure of most of the CA State Parks due to a severe budget crisis. Any docents or State Park staff who might be depicted here are acting as individual State Park advocates and are not in uniform. Photo by Michael "Mike" L.
