Title

Dansk: Marine med sejlskibe.
Object type painting

Description
English: The title is the one proposed by the experts at Bruun Rasmussen. However, the lighthouse in the background looks a lot like the one on the island of Sprogø in Storebælt (Great Belt), and it is well known that Eckardt exhibited paintings from that area at Charlottenborg, Copenhagen in 1870 and 1871. The uploader believes that this is no. 24 from 1871, Sildefiskere ved Korsør. Storm. (Fishermen catching herrings near Korsør in a storm).
Storm.
