| Description |
English: Chislehurst East Tunnel: northern portal Chislehurst tunnels are a pair, each carrying two tracks under Sundridge Park. It seems (though the sources I consulted are not absolutely clear on this) that this eastern tunnel (carrying the "slow" lines) was the later of the two, constructed in 1904. Its construction caused the collapse of the original tunnel beyond, closing the route for 3½ months during 1903.
